The redesign introduces cohesive massing, a unified stone façade, and a strong entry sequence, replacing the fragmented commercial frontage.

A grand recessed porch, integrated jaali screens, and warm layered lighting enhance arrival, privacy, and climatic comfort. Landscaped edges and organized circulation reframe the hotel as a calm, pedestrian-friendly urban anchor.
