We got a call from a dynamic Doctor duo, Dr. Anand Sinha & Dr. Rolly Bharti. The couple wanted us to design their hospital and residence together and this part reflects the residence journey.  

The residence has been divided into stages, formal, family, and friends.  The formal spaces had limited access to people visiting them for interaction,  family space was to be accessed by family members having the living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms.

The friend's zone was of fun, living open barbeque area, games zone, and gardens across two floors. The space was 12000 sft.

Their requirement was very basic and clear that they wanted a contemporary fresh feel to the space, which gave us a free hand in the Design. The repetition of random lines, having flutes with repetition. The interior revolves around Golden, tinch of black,  brown, and cream.
