Once we have a mutual consensus,  we proceed ahead by a token advance that will later be adjusted in the final amount.

During this stage complete concept is shared with project timelines. 

Our dedicated team of designers works to get all the details for your land parcel right. We always make sure that along the entire process of design till delivery, the customer is kept informed about the project’s progress at all times. Just watch us bring life to your visions! It involves

• Material Selection

• Technical Drawings for production

Once the designs & Drawings are approved, the production and supervision process starts. Our technical teams move to the site for day-to-day supervision and monitoring till the day you move into the space.  Time monitoring and regular quality audit.
